Delivery & Return Policy

Select your shoe(s) and place you order by selecting one of the following delivery options:

Collect from Store:

With this option we will remove the item from the shelves and safely store it for you for 30 days. You send someone or pop into Ally Shoes whenever it suits you to fit & collect the shoe(s).

Courier Delivery:

We will pick and pack your order within 24 hours and hand it to the couriers of our choice. Depending on your location the parcel should be delivered to your doorstep in 2 to 5 days. The additional cost of the courier delivery will be clearly indicated on your invoice before you make payment.

Cost of Delivery:

The standard courier charge covers 1 x courier bag only, and will automatically be added to the price of your purchase and included in the payment amount. However, if you order multiple pairs or larger shoes like winter boots and you insist on them being shipped in the original boxes, you might be liable for an extra charge. We therefore reserve the right to contact you, before we ship your order, to negotiate the additional fee.


If, for reasons beyond our or your control the parcel is not delivered in 10 days, we will institute an inquiry with the couriers and attempt to replace or refund your purchase.


If you are unhappy with your purchase or the fitting thereof (other than an item bought on sale or discount) then please return the parcel to us by return courier for a replacement or full refund. This replacement and / or refund will however be subject to you returning the item within 14 days of arrival, unworn,  in its original condition and packaging. We will, at our discretion, cover the courier cost of return

Sale Items:

Any item bought at a reduced price, on sale or on promotion may not be returned for credit
