1. Collect from Store
With this option we will remove the item from the shelves and safely store it for you. You may send someone or pop into Ally Shoes whenever it suits you to fit & collect the shoe(s).
2. Courier Delivery
After payment has been received, we will pack your order within 24 hours and hand it to the couriers (The Courier Guy). We are also able to send your package using PostNet or PAXI. Depending on your location the parcel should be delivered to your address in 1 to 5 working days. The delivery fee (if any) will be clearly indicated on your invoice before you make payment. We only deliver orders within South Africa.
4. Non-Delivery
If, for reasons beyond our or your control the parcel is not delivered in 10 days, we will institute an inquiry with the couriers and attempt to replace or refund your purchase.
5. Returns
Our returns policy is valid for a period of 30 days after receipt of goods. Please contact us within this period to process your return.
To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be returned in its original (unworn, unused) condition and original packaging. The shoes will be inspected upon their arrival at Ally Shoes and we reserve the right to reject a return according to our discretion.
We offer a free collection for your return, if the shoes being returned are valued R750 or more. If the shoes are valued less than R750, we ask a courier fee of R70 to help cover the cost. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange the shipping of the return yourself.

5.1 Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your shoes, we will dispatch your newly preferred shoes after we have approved the returned shoes, and after any price difference has been settled. Any credit remaining will be refunded, or offered as a gift voucher (according to your preference). We offer free delivery for dispatching your newly preferred shoes (on the first exchange). Any subsequent exchanges will attract a R100 courier fee to help cover the costs in delivering your newly preferred shoes.
5.2 Refunds
Once your returned shoes have been approved, a refund will be processed according to the original method of payment. The refund may take about 3 to 5 working days to reflect depending on the original payment method. Courier fees (if any) are non-refundable.
